Boostedboiz install the Scott 632

The team at BoostedBoiz had a busy time working through the installation of the Custom Scott 632 - 6.3” Two-Stage with Trim WaterJet that they received late in October 2021.

Fair to say that they had to do a bit of work to fit the 632 into the Jetstream. Some of the challenges were that the jetstream delta with strengthening wasn’t specifically made for the 632. That was easily solved with a little bit of cutting. The Jet Block as is normal was tweaked with a bit of grinding and sanding to fit the taper of the Delta area. Unfortunately, they assumed that the 632 intake butted up to the transom when in fact it sits through the transom! Luckily the intake flange was broad enough to accommodate the transom so that sealing will be very close to a standard installation. Overall they did a pretty fine job considering they have never done this before. Looking forward to seeing the motor positioning and installation. Stay tuned.
